At Kalore Official we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and understand that there may be occasions when things just don’t work out. If for any reason you change your mind about your order, we will gladly accept your item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
All merchandise must be received back in its original form and original packaging with tags attached. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume.
Please note that refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type and does not include original shipping and handling costs.
Need to return or exchange an item? We keep it simple.
1. Ensure your items are refundable. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the item Is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors. Item must not be a final sale item. Other exclusions may apply. Click here for our full Policy.
2. Print out the return exchange form. You can find it by clicking here. Fill out the form and send it back to the address provided. You may send it using any courier of choice. We do suggest using a Trackable service as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us.
3. Once we receive your return, your parcel will process within 5-7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your refund or exchange.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

While we do our best to ensure that all items are dispatched correctly and in perfect condition, occasionally items have been received damaged in transit or perhaps are defective. Please contact our Customer Service Team email@example.com within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange. Any international returns received later than 60 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
Fashionable and savvy! Did you use a savings code at checkout? No problem! We accept returns using savings codes unless otherwise stated. Note the item must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odors.

Is my item refundable? Some exclusions may apply. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery. Do I have to pay for return postage? Unfortunately, we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We do suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us.
How long does it take to process my refund/exchange? Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 days of us receiving your parcel. The refund will go back in the original form of payment used to place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the parcel does process.
When will I see the funds back into my account? Refunds do require roughly 3-5 business days to process with us however we do suggest contacting your financial institution for more information on when the amount will post to your account. Each bank does have varying processing times.
