At Kalore Official we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and understand that there may be occasions when things just don’t work out.  If for any reason you change your mind about your order, we will gladly accept your item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. 

All merchandise must be received back in its original form and original packaging with tags attached. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Please note that refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type and does not include original shipping and handling costs.
